Rafael Sabido is an undergraduate lecturer in Physical Activity and Sport Science Degree and also a postgraduate lecturer in Sports Performance and Health Master Degree at the UMH. Regarding research transfer, he works closely with different Sport Federations to help them with Sport Performance Training (Valencian Federation of Handball, Federation of Gymnastics from Canarias, Federation of Gymnastics from Madrid, etc). Rafael Sabido is also the technical responsible for physical assessment tests in different opposition courses.
His research interests are focused on implementing training methodologies for strength improvement, studying the eccentric overload, fatigue, and the applications of force variability analysis.
